SOLD Black-eyed Susan
Textile Artist: Monique Kleinhans
This sunny, daisy-like beauty is a native to North America and is just as at home in our gardens as it is growing free in the meadows. This flower was created using layers of thick thread in a process called ‘bobbin work’ where the thread is drawn off of the bobbin and free motion stitched. Once formed the flower was then appliqued onto a pieced background.
