St Mary's Lake is a long, narrow lake on the east edge of the park where the Great Plains end and the Rocky Mountains begin. It is excellent place to see a wild variety of wildlife, or to just sit and enjoy the views of some of the largest peaks in Glacier Park visible across the clear blue waters.
