When on stage, actors are told to ‘find their light’ (meaning that they need to stand in the right place to be lit helping to show the audience where to look or give focus). In our everyday lives, we can also find our own light, regardless if we are buried deep under a heavy, and at times overwhelming, canopy of thoughts or tasks. This piece celebrates the beautiful light found in the perspective of looking up through the shadows of a forest to the glow of the sky above.
